Mega camp organized for animal keepers at Multidimensional Veterinary Hospital, Laldi

Una, 5 February- Under the National Live Stock Mission, a mega camp was organized by the Animal Husbandry Department at Multidimensional Veterinary Hospital, Laldi. The camp was chaired by Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry Department, Dr. Dinesh Parmar. About 70 animal keepers participated in this camp and received important information related to animal husbandry.

The camp was chaired by Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry Department, Dr. Dinesh Parmar. About 70 animal keepers participated in this camp and received important information related to animal husbandry.
In the camp, Assistant Director Dr. Dinesh Parmar gave detailed information to the animal keepers about various schemes being run by the department and motivated them to adopt animal husbandry as a business. He told that income can be improved by adopting animal husbandry with modern techniques.

Free dog sterilization operation-
During the camp, free operations were done for birth rate control of 9 dogs under the leadership of veterinary surgeon Dr. Manoj Sharma. Dr. Manoj told that European standard technology was used in these operations, due to which the animals neither feel pain nor there is any risk to life. This procedure is less invasive, so that no problems arise after the operation. Also, he informed the livestock farmers about the four main pillars of animal husbandry. He explained in detail the importance of deworming medicines, mineral mixture salt and V-concentrate feeding for animals.

Distribution of free medicines and tonics-
Free medicines and tonics were distributed to the livestock farmers present in the camp for their animals.
On this occasion, veterinary gynecologist Dr. Anoop, veterinary medicine specialist Dr. Neha, veterinary pathologist Dr. Monica Thakur, veterinary officer Majra Dr. Amit Sharma, Reema Rani, Saurav Singh, Sunandan Kumar, Vikas Kumar and Suresh Kumar along with others were present.
