Hoshiarpur- Director School Education Mr. Paramjit Singh PCS (Secondary Education) was warmly welcomed on his arrival at his home school Government Senior Secondary School Ajanoha and a felicitation ceremony was organised for him in the school under the leadership of school Principal Harmanoj Kumar.
His wife Principal Kashmir Kaur, son Rohit Singh, elder brother Subedar Rampal Singh, retired centre head teacher Harbans Lal, younger brother Dr. Ranjit Singh and his wife Kumari Neelam were specially present in this felicitation ceremony. Various speakers including Ashok Parmar, Inderjit Singh Bains, Jaswinder Kaur and Harbhajan Singh addressed the students of the school and said that a student born in a poor family and educated in a government school has today become the Director School Education Officer of Punjab which is an example for the students.
During his address, Mr. Paramjit Singh said that government schools are not less in any matter. Today the students studying in these schools are working on big posts. He motivated the children to work harder. On this occasion, he also reviewed the development work going on in the school. He was honoured with a memento by the school at the function. Narinder Ajanoha played the role of stage director very well.
