Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, January 25, 2025: Exercising the powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has cancelled the license of Reachout Overseas Pvt Ltd.
The Additional District Magistrate informed that the owner of Reachout Overseas Pvt Ltd. Ltd., Office No. 34B, 3rd Floor, Royal Business Park, Zirakpur, Tehsil-Dera Bassi, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mr. Paramjit Singh Bajra (Director) s/o Thakur Singh, r/o Village Karimpur Dhyani, Tehsil Balachaur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, now residing at Flat No. 1101, T-5, Royal City, Ambala-Chandigarh Highway, Zirakpur, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and Mr. Johnson Christopher David (Director) s/o Palukur Selvanadham David, r/o 85/2, M.S. Road, 1st Cross, J.C. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka have been issued Licence No. 270/IC, dated 08-02-2019. The validity of this licence has expired on 07-02-2024. Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that due to non-submission of monthly report as per Act/Rules and Advisory by the licensee, non-renewal of license and non-response/clarification to the notice and non-compliance of the provisions of the license, the firm and licensee, exercising the powers conferred under the provisions of Section 6(1)(E) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, have cancelled the license number 270/IC, dated 08-02-2019 issued to Reachout Overseas Private Limited with immediate effect.
Apart from this, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/director/partner/licensee will be responsible for it in all respects and will also be responsible to compensate for the same.
