Duties of women advocates fixed in police stations

Hisar:– As per the instructions of Haryana State Legal Services Authority, to provide quick and effective legal assistance to the victims of crimes, the duty of women advocates has been fixed in police stations from July 1 to September 30, 2025 by the Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee Hansi under the "Adarsh Prosecution Consultation Scheme".

Hisar:– As per the instructions of Haryana State Legal Services Authority, to provide quick and effective legal assistance to the victims of crimes, the duty of women advocates has been fixed in police stations from July 1 to September 30, 2025 by the Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee Hansi under the "Adarsh Prosecution Consultation Scheme".
The objective of this scheme is that in sensitive cases, victim women and children can get legal assistance at the initial stage itself. The appointed advocates will be present regularly in the concerned police stations and will provide necessary legal advice to the victims. 
Advocate Shaina Yadav has been appointed to Police Station Narnaund, Advocate Archana Pandey to Police Station Hansi, Mamta Miglani Police Station Sadar Hansi, Advocate Baljeet Kaur to Police Station City Hansi, Bhateri Devi to Police Station Bass from July 1 to September 30, 2025.
Advocates will provide assistance to victims in cases of crimes against women and children and will ensure assistance by coordinating with the police and other departments as required.
 All advocates have been directed to submit their monthly reports along with the necessary certificates in the office by the first of every month. Reports received late will not be accepted. This is a positive and strong step towards justice for the victims.
