Chandigarh, August 30-Haryana Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda said that Deendayal Lado Laxmi Yojana will become a big support for poor women. The small expenses of working women will be met with the amount received from this scheme.
The Education Minister said that this Deendayal Lado Laxmi Yojana is a great good news for the sons, sisters and mothers of Haryana. The state government has started this scheme focusing on the dignity and security of women. Under this scheme, every woman of 23 years of age or above, whether married or single, will be given financial assistance of Rs. 2100 every month.
He said that this scheme will be implemented on September 25, 2025. In the first phase, those families whose annual income is less than Rs. 1 lakh will be included. In the next phase, the scope of this scheme will be expanded so that more families can join. He said that the state government has already started many schemes for the welfare of women.
This also includes schemes like Old Age Honorary Allowance Scheme, financial assistance to widows and destitute women.
