Una, January 9- Deputy Commissioner Una, Jatin Lal on Thursday visited Non Residential Training Centre (NRTC) Ispur run by Shiksha Sudhar Samiti Ispur and distributed sweaters, socks and shoes to the children there. On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner spent time with the children and motivated them to move ahead with their hard work and dedication. The Deputy Commissioner said that sweaters, socks and shoes have been provided to the children under the Samarthya Yojana of the District Administration to protect them from the cold in the winter season.
The Deputy Commissioner said that education is a powerful medium for the children of weaker sections of the society through which they can fulfill their dreams. He said that the district administration will provide all possible help to these children so that they can get better education and make a name for themselves in the society in future. The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the work being done in the field of education by the Education Reform Committee Isapur.
During this period, cultural programmes were also presented by the children studying in NRTC Isapur. Apart from this, the Deputy Commissioner also danced with the children.
On this occasion, Education Reform Committee head Chitvilas Pathak, General Secretary Suchha Singh Kang, CPO Sanjay Sankhyan, Vishal Pathak, Krishna Kumar and other dignitaries were present.
