Patiala, October 29 - DSP Praminder Singh Brar, posted at Vigilance Bureau Patiala Range, Patiala while addressing an anti-corruption awareness event at Government Senior Secondary School Raidharana Shadihari, said that corruption is of different types. Therefore, by being aware of this, all citizens can save their country and society from this leprosy.
He asked the local residents including students and teachers to help prevent corruption by noting the toll free number 180018001000, anti-corruption action line number 9501200200 and the mobile numbers of the officers posted at the Vigilance Bureau. DSP Brar said that by eliminating corruption from Punjab, the people living in the country can be taken on the path of better progress. He also took an oath to help stop corruption and not to commit corruption.
School principal Sukhwinder Singh and village sarpanches welcomed the DSP and Vigilance Bureau team. On this occasion, school staff, Jagsir Singh Jagga Sarpanch Shadihari, Gurjit Singh Fauzi Sarpanch Raidharana, Harpal Singh Pala Sarpanch Dera Panchayat Raidharana, other elders of the village and staff of Vigilance Bureau Patiala Range Patiala were also present.
