Hoshiarpur - A delegation of Indian Handicapped Club Punjab (Regd.) led by Jarnail Singh Dhir State Award Winner, Member LLC Hoshiarpur 'The National Trust' (Institute of Govt. of India) Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (Department of Disability Affairs) met Dr. Kuldeep Singh SMO Civil Hospital Hoshiarpur and discussed the problems of Divyangs/Persons with Special Needs.
Club Spokesperson Manjit Singh Lucky said that the delegation brought to the notice of SMO sahab that Divyangs are facing problems in making digital disability certificate, digital certificate should be issued from Civil Hospital only. He further said that the delegation thanked Civil Surgeon Hoshiarpur and higher officials of Civil Hospital for their kind behavior towards the handicapped.
SMO Civil Hospital Hoshiarpur Dr. Kuldeep Singh said that the problems being faced in digital certificate will be resolved soon. On this occasion, the delegation honored Dr. Kuldeep Singh by presenting flowers and bouquet.
