Patiala, August 3 - District BJP Patiala executive meeting was held under the leadership of district president Sanjeev Sharma (Bitu), in which general secretary of Punjab BJP and in-charge Patiala city Anil Sarin also participated. The meeting mainly discussed the upcoming Municipal Corporation, Panchayat, Zilla Parishad and Block Committee elections.
It was invited in the meeting to prepare for these elections with more effort and enthusiasm than before so that Bharatiya Janata Party can win in the municipal corporation elections in Patiala. There was also a discussion on appointing an in-charge in each village to prepare for the elections of Panchayats, Zilla Parishads, Block Committees in the villages.
On this occasion, Sanjeev Sharma Bittu specially thanked the party workers and the people of Patiala for making Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Patiala rally a success during the Lok Sabha elections. During the meeting, the leadership also invited the BJP workers to raise the issues of the people and take the policies of the BJP forward.
