Patiala- All the problems of Panchsheel Cooperative House Building Society including transfer will be solved soon. This assurance was given by Mr. Harpal Singh Cheema, Finance Minister, Punjab Government, during a special meeting with the delegation headed by Mr. Suresh Kumar Bansal, Patiala Wale, who had come to meet the Finance Minister.
Mr. Suresh Kumar Bansal told the Finance Minister that the residents of the colony of Panchsheel Cooperative House Building Society Ajitgarh have been facing problems for the last several years including non-transfer of their plots.
For non-transfer and solving all the other problems of the colony, 40 people of the colony had written a letter to Mr. Anurag Verma, Additional Chief Secretary, last month and demanded to get their problems solved as soon as possible. All of them also told that the transfer of Sukhmani Cooperative House Building Society, which is right next to their society, has been happening since the beginning, whereas the transfer of Panchsheel Cooperative House Building Society Ajitgarh is not being done, due to which there is a lot of anger among all the people.
Taking action on these letters and to solve all these problems, Mr. Anurag Verma had ordered the Deputy Commissioner Mohali to immediately settle all the pending transfers of his district. But it is very sad that despite all this, the transfer and all the problems of the area are still the same as they were.
After knowing the whole situation from the delegation, Finance Minister of Punjab Government Sardar Harpal Singh Cheema assured that he will talk to the senior officials of the concerned department and get all the above problems resolved as soon as possible. Suresh Kumar Bansal, Paramjit Singh Sethi, Karamjit Singh Phoolka, Sarabjit Singh, Yadvinder Mittal and all the Panchsheel Society members expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Finance Minister for this cordial assurance of the Finance Minister of Punjab.
