Because PRTC has not deposited the salary of its regular employees for the month of June in the accounts of the employees despite the 25th of the month. This economic oppression is being done by the government formed in the name of the common man of Punjab. The result of which is that the employees are getting their salary late month after month.
The rest are neither being given the arrears of the Pay Commission, nor the money for medical bills, nor are various dues being paid. Neither LTC is being paid. Nor dearness allowance is being paid. Arrears of installments are being paid.
The payments due to retired employees after retirement are not being made. Under the pressure of private bus lobby, buses are not being allowed to be used in public sector transport. The revised TA rates are not being implemented by the Punjab government. Similarly, many other legally accepted demands are not being implemented. The promotion of employees is being kept in limbo.
While addressing the dharna demonstration clearly showing the huge anger of the employees, Shri Nirmal Singh Dhaliwal Convener and members Baldev Raj Batta, Harpreet Singh Khatra, Gurjant Singh, Mohammad Khalil said that the direct responsibility of not getting salary on time falls on the head of the President of the organization Shri Ranyodh Singh Hadana. Who cannot raise money for salary from the outstanding 700 crores. Five-six political representatives of the government are appointed in the board of directors of PRTC. But their performance towards the organization is negligible.

Sukhdev Ram Sukhi conducted the stage as the stage secretary. The action committee announced that after waiting for a day or two, the next strict action will be announced.
