Chandigarh- In a function organized by Punjabi Writers Association, Chandigarh at Punjab Kala Bhavan, the biography of eminent writer Dr. Neena Saini "Parvaaz-e-Neenu" was released and a lively discussion was held on it. On the occasion of the release ceremony of this biography written by Prabhjot Kaur Jot, famous singer Sufi Balbir, famous short story writer and critic Jasvir Rana, famous writer Yatinder Kaur Mahal, Dr. Neena Saini, Prabhjot Kaur Jot, President of Punjabi Writers Association Deepak Sharma Chanarthal, General Secretary Bhupinder Singh Malik, Ajit Singh Dhanota and other members of their family were present as chief guests in the presidium.

The function was inaugurated by Surjit Singh Dhir with Saraswati Vandana. Welcoming the guests, Patron of Punjabi Writers Association Dr. Avtar Singh Patang said that this biography is capable of providing guidance. While conducting the programme, Punjabi Lekhak Sangh's General Secretary Bhupinder Singh Malik said that 'Parvaaz-e-Neenu' is full of unique memories.
Reading the booklet about the book, Yatinder Kaur Mahal called it a valuable document of Neena Saini's struggling life. Jasvir Rana said that the essence of this biography is that if you don't lose courage, then everything is possible in life. Writer Prabhjot Kaur Jot said that the art of maintaining relationships is Neena Saini's biggest achievement.
Punjabi Lekhak Sangh's President Deepak Sharma Chanarthal said that this book represents emotional relationships. Surjit Singh Dhir also sang Neena Saini's composition.
Dr. Neena Saini said that her journey has reached this point only due to introspection and lack of time. Chief guest Sufi Balbir called the programme unique and made it even more memorable through his beautiful songs. He said that these threads of love make life easier. Apart from the presidium, many other literary personalities were specially honoured by the family. The vote of thanks was given by Ajit Singh Dhanota.
