Youth urged to create a drug child marriage and HIV free India
Hoshiarpur:- Following the guidelines of Punjab State Legal Services Authority SAS Nagar and the orders of District and Sessions Judge Hoshiarpur Rajinder Agarwal, the District Legal Services Authority Hoshiarpur, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority Hoshiarpur Neeraj Goyal is running an awareness campaign in various villages of district Hoshiarpur and sub-divisions.
Under this, awareness programs were organized in various villages, schools, civil hospitals, drug de-addiction centers, rehabilitation centers, central jail, Hoshiarpur, observation home, Hoshiarpur and legal aid clinics opened in Saanjh Kendra to keep the youth away from drugs. On this occasion, the panel advocates motivated the young generation to stay away from drugs and do good deeds, so that a good society can be created.
Apart from this, detailed information was given to the school students and villagers about another campaign Child Marriage Free India and 'Human Immune System Disease' (HIV AIDS Campaign) regarding their legal rights. On this occasion, it was told that drug consumption ruins human life and creates unrest in the home.
During this, information was also given about NALSA (Drug Awareness and Wellness Navigation - for Drug Free India), Yojana 2025 and the impact of drugs on health, family and social life and the legal provisions of the NDPS Act. Finally, promotional materials were distributed by para-legal volunteers working in the District Legal Services Authority, Hoshiarpur.
