Kapurthala:- Youth Sports Welfare Board organized a tape ball cricket tournament at Fitness and Sports Event Urban Estate Academy under the leadership of Coach Inderjit Singh. Youth Sports Welfare Officer Rajiv Walia arrived as the chief guest in the tournament. Cricket players from AmunL Sports Academy Sukhdeep Singh Bajwa (Director) and Baba Deep Singh Sports Academy Gagandeep Kaur (Director) participated in this cricket tournament.
The players performed well in the tournament. Youth Sports Welfare Board Officer Rajiv Walia honored the players participating in the tournament with certificates and wished them well. He said that the Senior National Tape Ball Cricket Championship is going to be held on 30th, 31st March 2026 at Akal International Cricket Stadium Sultanpur Lodhi.
He said that cricket teams from different states will participate in this championship. Gurcharan Singh, Diljit Singh, Coach Pratap Singh, Balwinder Singh, Samarjit Singh were present on this occasion.
