Hoshiarpur: MP holds election meetings in Chabbewal Assembly Constituency. The election atmosphere is heating up in Punjab in view of the Zila Parishad and Block Committee elections. Hoshiarpur MP Dr. Raj Kumar, who is also a former MLA from Chabbewal, is continuously contacting people in the Chabbewal Assembly Constituency. In this regard, he held public meetings in various villages today and appealed to the people to support the Aam Aadmi Party candidates.
The villages where public meetings were held today included Laxsihan, Mahal Baltohian, Dandian, and Roopowal. Villagers attended these meetings in large numbers and assured their full support to the party candidates.
Citing the development work done during his tenure and the ongoing work being done by the current MLA, Dr. Ishank Kumar, he appealed to the public to vote for Zila Parishad candidate Dr. Vipan Kumar Panchanangal and the Block Committee candidates from these villages, Mrs. Ranjit Kaur (Bham Zone) and Anu Devi (Pandori Ganga Singh Zone).
Dr. Raj also happily shared that three Block Committee candidates from the Zila Parishad Bham area: Mrs. Manpreet Kaur from Baddon Zone, Mrs. Manjit Kaur from Jangliana Zone, and Mr. Gurbaksh Singh Happy from Khairar Rawal Basi Zone, have been elected unopposed with the public's trust.
Dr. Raj Kumar informed that approximately ?25 crore has been released so far for development in various villages of the assembly constituency. He said that road construction, sewerage pipelines, drinking water facilities, irrigation tube wells, canal protection, street lighting, streets, drains, playgrounds, and stadiums, along with other essential development works, are being completed on priority.
He also assured that any work that is currently incomplete or pending will be completed soon. He stated clearly that development has not stopped and will not stop, and that in the future, we will continue to work tirelessly with all of you, and you will see our work and the development of the region.
