Twoday 4th National Hernia Conference concludes successfully

Hoshiarpur:- 'Young HSICON 2026', concluded on Sunday. Its aim was to shape the future of hernia surgery through collaboration, innovation and shared expertise. The conference was organised under the aegis of Hernia Society of India in association with the Punjab Chapter of Association of Surgeons of India. "With each edition, we have strengthened its academic significance and reach," said Dr Anupam Goel, the organizing chairman of the conference.

Dr Goel added that the objective of the conference was to provide a dynamic platform for both experienced and emerging surgeons to exchange knowledge, discuss complex cases and explore cutting-edge surgical techniques.
He said the conference is expected to further enhance clinical practice and strengthen collaboration within the surgical community. "Our goal was to create a dynamic environment that showcases a wide range of advanced surgical techniques, along with the latest breakthroughs in medical products and technology," said Dr. Goyal.
