Tricolour Hoisted at Tole Majra in Memory of Shaheed Narpinder Singh Prince
Kharar, 14 August- In view of Independence Day, the national flag was hoisted today at the memorial built in memory of Shaheed Narpinder Singh Prince at village Tole Majra. Senior Congress leader Parminder Singh Sona performed the ceremony of hoisting the national flag. On this occasion, he paid tribute to all the martyrs including Shaheed Narpinder Singh Prince who sacrificed their lives for the independence of the country and protection of the borders.
On this occasion, Parminder Singh Sona said that the independence of the country has been achieved due to the great sacrifices of brave warriors and martyrs. The free environment in which we are living today is because of the sacrifices of lakhs of patriots. Therefore, it is our duty that we always remember our martyrs and carry their thinking and sacrifice to the next generation.
On this occasion, Adesh Mathoda, Gagandeep Singh Tole Majra along with senior Congress leaders and other dignitaries of the village were present.
