Chandigarh, April 10:- Haryana has issued orders for transfer and posting of 4 IAS and 13 HCS officers with immediate effect.
IAS officer Shri Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti has been appointed as Secretary to the Governor, Labour Commissioner and Special Secretary to the Labour Department.
Shri Anish Yadav, who was currently working as Director and Special Secretary to the Development and Panchayat Department, has been given additional charge of Managing Director of HAFED and Haryana International Horticultural Marketing Corporation, Ganaur.
Shri Vikram has been posted as Managing Director of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Special Secretary to the Power Department. He will also remain as Managing Director of Haryana Minerals Limited, New Delhi.
Shri Sachin Gupta, who is currently Additional Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources Department and Managing Director, HSMITC and Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak, has also been given the charge of Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Rohtak and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak.
Among the HCS officers, Shri Amit Kumar-1 has been posted as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Punhana.
Shri Virendra Chaudhary has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad Kurukshetra and DRDA Kurukshetra in place of Shri Shambhu.
Shri Manish Kumar Lohan, who is currently working as Additional Director, Civil Aviation Department, has also been given the charge of Additional Director, Mines and Geology Department and Information, Public Relations and Languages ??Department.
Shri Surendra Singh-2 has been posted as Additional Director (Administration) in Medical College Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat.
Shri Ved Prakash has been posted as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Dabwali; Shri Bhupendra Singh has been posted as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Palwal and Shri Ashvir Singh has been posted as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Barwala.
Shri Sanjeev Kumar has been posted as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Bawal in place of Shri Manoj Kumar-1.
Similarly, HCS Officer Ms. Anmol has been posted as Managing Director, Cooperative Sugar Mill, Sonipat.
Shri Jyoti Nagpal has been posted as City Magistrate, Gurugram; Shri Sapna Yadav has been posted as Joint Director (Administration), HIPA, Gurugram; Shri Honey Bansal has been posted as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Faridabad and Shri Ankit Kumar-2 as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Gohana. .
The appointment orders of HCS Officer Shri Shambhu and Shri Manoj Kumar-1 will be issued later. Both the officers will submit their joining report in the Chief Secretary's office after their discharge.
