Chandigarh, 27 November:- As per a letter issued yesterday by Prasar Bharati, the country’s premier public broadcaster, three employees posted as Transmission Executives at All India Radio Chandigarh, Doordarshan Chandigarh and Doordarshan Jalandhar have been promoted to the post of Programme Executive. 
The promoted officers — Shri Raman (All India Radio Chandigarh), Amarpreet Singh (Doordarshan Chandigarh) and Pankaj (Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar) — will continue to be posted at their respective stations. There is a wave of happiness among these officers and their colleagues.
