Karnal, February 4:- A spectacular display of sportsmanship and team spirit was witnessed today at Karnal International School when the Inter-Squadron Basketball Championship was successfully organized by the students of the NDA wing on the school premises.
The championship match was played between two enthusiastic teams, Alpha Squadron and Bravo Squadron. The dignified presence of the school's Chairman, Colonel Arun Dutta, further boosted the morale of the players.
Before the match began, both teams warmly welcomed Colonel Arun Dutta with thunderous applause. Colonel Dutta personally met the players of both teams and encouraged them with friendly handshakes, which boosted their confidence.
The match proved to be extremely exciting and closely contested. Alpha Squadron took an early lead and maintained a strong hold on the game throughout with excellent coordination and strategy. Bravo Squadron also displayed commendable fighting spirit and resilience, keeping the match thrilling until the final whistle.
Ultimately, Alpha Squadron emerged victorious, winning the tournament. During the award ceremony, Colonel Arun Dutta appreciated the efforts of both teams. He presented silver medals to the players of Bravo Squadron for their outstanding performance and sportsmanship. Alpha Squadron was awarded the gold medals and the winner's trophy amidst loud applause and cheers.
