Mumbai:- In a volatile trading session, the domestic market today lost its initial lead and closed lower after two days of gains. The Sensex fell by 330 points and the Nifty by 113 points.
The 30-share BSE benchmark index Sensex closed down by 329.92 points, or 0.43 percent, at 76,190.46. Similarly, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) benchmark index Nifty also fell by 113.15 points, or 0.49 percent, to 23,092.20.
