The soil of Punjab will smile again the Sangats service will bear fruit
Karnal, October 22: Under the supervision of Baba Bachan Singh, Baba Mahinder Singh, Baba Sukha Singh, and Baba Surinder Singh, Panth Ratna Sachkhand resident Baba Harbans Singh Ji Kar Seva Delhi, with the support of the Sangat, has undertaken a commendable initiative to assist the farmers of Punjab.
Under this service, 3,000 acres of land in flood-affected areas of Punjab are being adopted and fertilizers and seeds are being provided for sowing wheat crops there. In this regard, three trolleys filled with fertilizers and seeds were dispatched from Dera Kar Seva Karnal to the border areas of Punjab today.
On this occasion, Baba Sukha Singh informed that eight trolleys carrying fertilizers and seeds were sent from Gurdwara Dera Kar Seva Nanakpuri Tanda, three trolleys from Katana Sahib, and one trolley from Kar Seva Nabha carrying fertilizers and seeds. He stated that this service will continue uninterrupted to help bring Punjab's agriculture, severely affected by the floods, back on track.
Baba Bachan Singh, Baba Mahinder Singh, Baba Sukha Singh, and Baba Surinder Singh (Kar Seva Delhi) made special contributions to this sacred service. Present at the departure of the trolley from Karnal were Gurtej Singh Khalsa, President of the Shiromani Gatka Federation of India, Ratan Singh from the Guru Nanak Sewak Jatha, Gursevak Singh from the Dera Kar Seva, and other dignitaries.
