Hoshiarpur:- In the results announced by Panjab University Chandigarh, five students have made the institution proud by registering their names in the merit list of Panjab University in the results of the second and fourth semesters of the course MSc Fashion Designing running in Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur in the region.
Talking about this, the Principal of the college Dr. Parvinder Singh and the Head of the Fashion Designing Department Prof. Rajwinder Kaur said that in the results of the second semester of MSc Fashion Designing, student Aanchal Devi secured 91.2 percent marks and secured second position in Panjab University and student Jasmine Wadial secured fourth position in the university with 90 percent marks and Sejal Thakur secured sixth position in the university with 89 percent marks.
Similarly, in the results of the fourth semester of the MSc Fashion Designing course, students Uma Sharma and Ramandeep Kaur secured the ninth position jointly from Panjab University by securing 88.9 percent marks. In the same course, student Mandeep Kaur secured the second position from the college with 87.2 percent marks and Jaspreet Kaur secured the third position with 88.6 percent marks.
On this occasion, all the teachers of the department including the Principal wished the students for this result and motivated them to work harder.
