The Legislative Assembly Democracys Supreme and Dignified Platform Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa

Hisar, March 17- Haryana's Minister for Public Health Engineering and Public Works, Ranbir Gangwa, stated that the Legislative Assembly stands as one of the supreme and most dignified platforms of democracy, where issues concerning the public interest of the state are discussed in detail with seriousness, discipline, and decorum. He noted that the Budget Session holds particular significance, as it is during this session that the state's economic trajectory, development plans, and policy decisions—which directly impact the lives of the common people—are determined.
He was interacting on Tuesday with a delegation of journalists hailing from the Barwala Assembly constituency. On this occasion, the journalists closely observed the House proceedings during the Assembly's Budget Session. They witnessed the Question Hour, the Zero Hour, and the discussions held on various subjects related to different government departments, thereby gaining an understanding of the democratic process. Additionally, the journalists gathered information regarding the historical background, architectural design, and construction-related aspects of the Legislative Assembly building located in Chandigarh. They learned that this edifice is significant not merely from an administrative perspective, but also serves as a symbol of the nation's modern architecture and democratic traditions.
Sharing their experiences, the journalists remarked that observing the Assembly proceedings up close proved to be an immensely enlightening experience for them. It provided them with an opportunity to understand how elected representatives raise the public's grievances within the House and how policies are formulated to address and resolve them.
Subsequently, the journalists paid a courtesy visit to Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa at his residence, where they were accorded a warm and cordial reception. During this interaction, detailed discussions were held regarding development works in the region, ongoing projects, and the sanctioning of various government schemes. The Minister gave assurances that the government remains committed to the holistic development of the Barwala Assembly constituency and that essential projects are being advanced on a priority basis.
During the meeting, Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa honored the journalists by presenting them with mementos. The entire program concluded in a cordial and warm atmosphere.
