SAS Nagar, July 14:- Tehsildar-cum-Charge Officer (Census), Mohali Rural, Gurpreet Singh Dhillon today felicitated Census Supervisors and Enumerators for their dedicated services during the Census operations of First Phase at a function held in the Deputy Commissioner's Meeting Hall.
Addressing the gathering, Gurpreet Singh Dhillon appreciated the commitment and hard work of the Census team, stating that although the Census work was highly challenging and demanding, the team successfully achieved 100 percent of the assigned targets of Phase 1, through dedication, coordination and teamwork.
He said that the successful completion of the first phase reflects the sincerity and professionalism of the field staff. Congratulating all the officials, he urged them to maintain the same level of enthusiasm and commitment during the upcoming phases of the Census.
Informing about the future schedule, the Tehsildar-cum-Charge Officer said that the next phase of the Census operations is scheduled to commence in November, and the training programmes for the officials associated with the exercise will begin shortly to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
A total of 70 officials, including Census Supervisors and Enumerators, were part of the Mohali Rural Census team and played an active role in successfully carrying out the Census operations. On the occasion, all team members were felicitated in recognition of their dedicated contribution and exemplary performance.
