Hoshiarpur:- Honorable Senior Superintendent of Police Hoshiarpur Mr. Sandeep Kumar Malik IPS Ji had launched a special campaign Operation Prahar to control the bad elements in the district. Under which efforts are being made to control the bad elements in the area under Tanda police station under the leadership of Mr. Parminder Singh SP (D) Hoshiarpur and Mr. Davinder Singh DSP Sub Division Tanda by deploying resources.
On 21/22.01.2026, the police party including HC Talwinder Singh No. 1666/Hushi Police Station TADA achieved great success when the police party was present in the area police station in connection with Operation Prahar. In case number 66 dated 04.03.2023, 506,149, 341, 325, 323, 201 IPC in district Hoshiarpur, four absconding accused Prince son of Surjit Singh resident of Khakh, police station Tanda, district Hoshiarpur, Avtar Singh alias Ghoda son of Paramjit Singh resident of Khakh, police station Tanda, district Hoshiarpur, Yuvraj Singh alias Lala son of Satnam Singh resident of Khakh, police station Tanda, district Hoshiarpur, Akashdeep Singh son of Satnam Singh resident of village Khakh, police station Tanda, district Hoshiarpur were arrested.
And in case No. 203, 03.09.2021, 363, 366-Te, 376 IPC District Hoshiarpur, a fugitive accused Avtar Singh alias Ghoda son of Paramjit Singh resident of Khakh Police Station Tanda District Hoshiarpur was arrested and further investigation was initiated. The accused was produced before the Honorable Court and sent to judicial custody.
