Swan Women Federation Distributes Scholarship Cheques Worth 279 Lakh to 40 Students

Una, April 13:- During the Haroli Festival, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Mukesh Agnihotri distributed cheques worth ?2.79 lakh to 40 female students under the annual scholarship examination organized by the Swan Women Federation for the daughters of its female members. This examination was conducted by the Swan Women Federation in the month of February. Under this initiative, scholarships are awarded by the Federation to students ranging from Class 5 to Class 10.
Eight students from Class 5 were awarded scholarships totaling ?34,000. The cheques were distributed as follows: Indu Kumari secured the first position, followed by Navya Sharma in second, Anushika in third, and Divya in fourth place, receiving ?7,000, ?6,000, ?5,000, and ?4,000 respectively. The students who tied for the fifth position—Manvi, Aradhya Dhiman, Sehaj, and Tanishka—were each presented with cheques worth ?3,000.
Meanwhile, a total of seven students from Class 6 received scholarships amounting to ?38,000. The scholarships were awarded to Tanvi Mankotia (first place), Gunjan Kumari (second), Akshita Menon (third), Sania Chaudhary (fourth), and—for the fifth position—Ateksha Menam, Ruhani Dhiman, and Anshi Raizada. A total of seven students from Class 7 were granted scholarships worth ?45,000. The recipients included Aruhi (first place), Gauri Sharma (second), Sonakshi (third), Sejal Sharma (fourth), and—for the fifth position—Sanvi, Shrishti Mankotia, and Ashvi Thakur.
Finally, a total of seven students from Class 8 received scholarships totaling ?58,000. The recipients were Navya Modgil (first place), Yuvika (second), Jasnoor Kaur (third), Shreya Dhiman (fourth), and—for the fifth position—Aditi Bhardwaj, Arshiya, and Vanshika Meheral. A total of six students from Class 9 have received scholarships amounting to ?54,000. These scholarships were awarded to Kritika (1st place), Riya Thakur (2nd place), Garima Thakur and Nitika (3rd place), Aarushi (4th place), and Kanika Chaudhary (5th place). Meanwhile, a total of five students from Class 10 were awarded scholarships worth ?50,000 by the Swan Women Federation. The recipients in this category were Simar Sahota (1st place), Ravneet Kaur (2nd place), Harjinder Kaur (3rd place), Vanshika (4th place), and Harnoor Kaur (5th place).
On this occasion, the Federation's Chairperson, Subhadra Rani, expressed her gratitude to Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, while the Federation's President, Anuranjana Sharma, and General Secretary, Surekha Rana, were also present.
