Patiala, April 1:- A special event is being organized at 10.30 am on April 2 at the World Punjabi Center of Punjabi University to launch the poetry book "Virasat de Ru-B-Ru" by expatriate Punjabi writer Surinder Singh Jabal (Surrey-Canada), known as "Chacha Vancouveria". 
The organizing organization, Ramgarhia Cultural and Welfare Council Patiala President Paramjit Singh Parwana, has said that the chief guest and speaker of this event, which is being organized in collaboration with the World Punjabi Center and Haridasran Memorial International Trust Canada, will be Dr. Balkar Singh, while the chairmanship will be held by Dr. Bhiminder Singh, Director of the World Punjabi Center. 
Avtar Singh Nanhde (Nabha), Jarnail Singh Matharu (Canada) and Bhagwant Singh Manku (Bhadson) will participate as special guests.
