Chandigarh, November 4 - Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao today listened to the problems of people from across the state at her office at Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh.
Aarti Singh Rao listened to the details of each person's problem carefully and directed the officials of the concerned departments to take immediate necessary action. She said that timely resolution of public complaints is the top priority of the state government.
While listening to the problems, the Minister gave clear instructions that delay in any complaint will not be tolerated. She asked the officials to make the progress report of each case available to her from time to time and ensure that the solution is transparent and effective.
The Health Minister also said that the state government is constantly striving to provide better health services to the citizens and make the administration more accountable. He assured that the problems of the people would be resolved on priority basis and the general public would not be allowed to face any kind of inconvenience.
