Karnal, November 4: Last evening, acting on credible information, the team of Sub-Inspector Rajan Singh, in-charge of Police Post Sector 4 under City Police Station, arrested six accused: (1) Bablu, son of Omprakash, (2) Krishna, son of Rampal, (3) Suraj, son of Pritam, resident of Idgah Colony, Tarawari, (4) Rohit, son of Ruledes, resident of Karnal Gate, Tarawari, (5) Vijay, son of Baldev, resident of Indira Colony, Karnal, and (6) Ashok, son of Harichand, resident of Ward 1, Karnal, along with 6,000 rupees and two motorcycles used in the crime. 
The investigating officer stated that preliminary investigation revealed that the accused had assaulted and robbed a passerby in the Green Belt area of Sector 4 on the evening of October 2, 2025. All the accused were arrested by the team and presented before the court today, from where they were sent to the district jail in judicial custody.
