Sikh National College Banga organized a voluntary blood donation camp

Banga/Nawanshahr- At Sikh National College Banga, under the leadership of Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder, the NSS department of the college organized a "voluntary blood donation camp" with the support of Blood Center Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Dhahan Kaleran. This camp was inaugurated by Dr. Kulwinder Singh Dhahan, President Guru Nanak Mission Medical and Educational Trust Dhahan Kaleran as the chief guest.
Addressing the college students, he said that blood donation is a great donation and this is the biggest service to humanity. By donating blood, we can save many precious lives. He said that by donating blood, there is no weakness of any kind, but it gives satisfaction to the mind that we have given life to a needy person.
On this occasion, Dr. Rahul Goyal, BTU of Blood Center Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Dhahan, Kaleran, while providing information, said that donating blood benefits not only one patient but more than one patient, because the four components of blood are used as plasma, RBC platelets and clotting factors in hemophiliac patients.
College Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder thanked the chief guest Dr. Kulwinder Singh Dhahan, the entire team of the Blood Center and the blood donor volunteers. In this camp, 25 units of blood were donated by the blood donor volunteers while doing selfless service. On this occasion, Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder Principal, Program Officer of the NSS Department Prof. Vipan, Dr. Nirmaljit Kaur also honored the guests and blood donors.
Dr. Gurvinder Singh, Prof. Manmant Singh, Prof. Kishore Kumar, Superintendent Sardar Paramjit Singh, Prof. Onkar Singh, volunteers Navneet Kaur, Ranjit, Siddharth, Raghav, Dr. Rahul Goyal BTU, Dr. Kuldeep Singh Medical Officer, Manjit Singh Incharge Blood Center had special support in making this camp a success.
