Shaheedi Nagar Kirtan which started from Assam reaches Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib
Jaito, November 7: The Shaheed Nagar Kirtan, which started from Gurdwara Dhobari Sahib, Assam, reached Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib Sri Darbar Sahib today after various stages, where the Sangat welcomed the Nagar Kirtan with Khalsa Jaho-Jalal. This Nagar Kirtan left from Gurdwara Sahib Patshahi Chhevin Chheharta today after the Gurmat Samagam.
On this occasion, a Gurbani Kirtan was performed by the Raagi Jatha at the religious Diwan and Granthi Singh Sahib of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib Giani Kewal Singh shared the life history of the ninth Guru, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji while discussing the story. He inspired the Sangat to live their lives according to the wishes of Guru Sahib.
On this occasion, the organizers honored the Panj Pyare Sahibs, Nishanchi Singhs and prominent personalities by giving them Siropas. The Nagar Kirtan was warmly welcomed by the Sangat at various stages along the route from Chheharta Sahib to Sri Darbar Sahib and paid homage to Guru Sahib.
