Nawanshahr- On the occasion of the annual fair of Bali Got Jathera of village Muzaffarpur near Nawanshahr, a flag ceremony was performed with great devotion after religious rituals and devotees from far and wide paid homage at the place of Bali Jathera. On this occasion, sewing machines were distributed to needy girls by the Bali Jathera Management Committee.
On this occasion, Kumari Santosh Rani Germani spoke in particular and said that today girls need to be self-reliant. It is very important for a girl to be a professional to be self-reliant. Therefore, we are trying to ensure that all the needy girls from poor homes or widows who have learned sewing. If they are unable to get machines, then sewing machines will be distributed to them every year through the Bali Jathera Management Committee.
On the occasion of today's fair, 10 needy girls were also distributed sewing machines.
