Setia Ji Rewarded for His Vast Experience
Haryana/Hisar:- Infusing new energy into the field of social service, the leadership of the Akhil Bharatiya Seva Sangh (All India Service Association) in Haryana has now been entrusted to international awardee Mahendra Setia. He has been appointed as the Provincial President, a development that has created an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm among the organization's members.
Mahendra Setia is a dedicated social worker whose years of experience and spirit of service have led him to this position of responsibility. He is a 'Centurion Blood Donor'—having donated blood 119 times consecutively to date—thereby setting a unique example of service to humanity. Furthermore, he holds a deep commitment to environmental conservation and has made significant contributions toward increasing greenery by planting thousands of saplings.
Setia has received over 2,500 honors and awards for his outstanding social work. He is one of the founding members of the Akhil Bharatiya Seva Sangh and has played an active role in the organization since its inception. He has also been conferred with prestigious honors such as the *Pratham Seva Ratna*, *Diamond Ratna*, and *Rashtriya Diamond Gaurav Ratna*.
Speaking on his appointment, Mahendra Setia stated that he would discharge this responsibility with absolute integrity, honesty, and dedication. He gave his assurance that he would strive continuously to further strengthen the organization, expand its social service activities, and engage the youth in acts of service.
He further added that his objective is to steer the Akhil Bharatiya Seva Sangh to new heights and to extend its service initiatives to every section of society. Setia also announced that, in the near future, the organization would conduct blood donation camps, tree-plantation drives, social awareness programs, and special campaigns to assist the needy.
Other office bearers and members of the organization also expressed their delight at Mahendra Setia's appointment, voicing their confidence that, under his leadership, the Sangh would gain a new direction and momentum.
