Separate tender to be floated for project expansion Chief Minister

Chandigarh, March 5 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the state government has decided that if there is a need to expand the work in a project during its implementation, then a new tender will be floated for it. This will ensure that problems like enhancement are resolved.
The Chief Minister was replying in the House during the Question Hour on Thursday during the Budget Session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that currently there is such a situation that expansion is done while a project is running and there are many problems with repeated expansion, which creates problems like budget overrun and enhancement. Under the solution of all these, the government has decided that a tender has been floated for a project and if any kind of expansion is to be done in it, then a separate tender will be floated for it. Guidelines have been issued to officers of all departments in this regard.
