Khanna: Dr. Maninder Singh Bhasin, Senior Medical Officer at the Civil Hospital, Khanna, inaugurated a state-of-the-art Cath Lab at Livasa Hospital, Khanna, on Friday.
Anurag Yadav, CEO of Livasa Hospitals, stated that this advanced facility marks a significant step toward enhancing cardiac care services for patients in Khanna and the surrounding regions.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Bhasin emphasized the importance of expanding advanced cardiac infrastructure in smaller cities.
He remarked that the establishment of such a modern Cath Lab in Khanna is a commendable step toward addressing the existing gap in timely cardiac interventions. Such facilities play a crucial role in saving lives by providing immediate and high-quality care to patients without requiring them to travel to larger cities.
The newly established Cath Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including angiography, angioplasty, and emergency cardiac care.
This unit is led by a team of cardiologists, including Senior Consultant-Cardiology Dr. Gagandeep Singh and Consultant-Cardiology Dr. Adijay Bhatia.
