Ratia November 20:- Sub-Divisional Magistrate Surendra Singh said that the Samadhan Camps are fully supporting in the resolution of public complaints. They are ensuring prompt, transparent and satisfactory resolution of the complaints received at the camp. Old age pension of Sukhdev Singh was approved at the Samadhan Camp, and a complaint regarding pension of applicant Kamla, widow of Leelu Ram, was received.
 SDM Surendra Singh held a public hearing at the Samadhan Camp held at the Mini Secretariat Auditorium on Thursday, hearing the complaints of the people. He directed the officers to ensure that all the departments work in coordination to make the public grievance redressal system more responsive, sensitive and transparent. The SDM directed the concerned officers to expedite the resolution of the complaints received in the Samadhan Camp. As per the directions of the Haryana Government, the administration is organizing Sankalp Camp at the sub-division level every week, on Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon to hear the complaints of the citizens. In the camps, an attempt is made to resolve the complaints related to all the departments under one roof. Tehsil Welfare Officer Kanwal Singh, Bijender Singh from the Electricity Department, JE Gulshan Kumar, Chamkor Singh, Madan Lal from Roadways, Rohit Kumar from the Agriculture Department, Baldev Singh from the Forest Department, Virendra Singh from the Health Department, Gurmeet Singh, Bunty Ram, Sonam Rani, Sunil Kumar, Satyavan, Rajesh Saini, Raman, etc. were present on the occasion.
