SDM Hears Public Grievances at Resolution Camp Four Complaints Addressed

Ratia, July 2: SDM Surendra Singh heard citizens' grievances at a resolution camp held at the Sub-Divisional Office. A total of four complaints concerning various departments were received during the camp. The SDM directed officials from the respective departments to ensure the timely, transparent, and high-quality resolution of all complaints.
He stated that the government's objective is to provide quick solutions to the problems faced by the general public; therefore, every official must discharge their responsibilities seriously.
SDM Surendra Singh remarked that resolution camps serve as a medium for effective communication between citizens and the administration. Through these camps, public grievances are being resolved on a priority basis, thereby providing relief to the common people.
Officials and staff from various departments were present on the occasion.
