SDM heard public grievances at the Samadhan Shivir issued instructions for resolution
Ratia, June 1:- SDM Surendra Singh heard the problems and complaints of the general public at the 'Samadhan Shivir' (resolution camp) organized at the local Mini Secretariat. Complaints related to various departments were received at the camp, and necessary instructions were given to the concerned officials for their resolution. During this, he also reviewed the pending complaints on the Jan Samvad portal and directed the officials to ensure their resolution within the stipulated time frame.
SDM Surendra Singh said that the objective of the Samadhan Shivir is to provide a quick and effective solution to the problems of common citizens. He told the officials that the government has made various online and offline mediums available for the convenience of citizens, so every complaint received should be taken seriously and disposed of in a time-bound manner.
While reviewing the cases pending on the Jan Samvad portal, he stated that no complaint should be kept pending unnecessarily. Ensure that a satisfactory solution is provided to the complainant. He emphasized that the redressal of public grievances is the primary responsibility of the administration, and no negligence will be accepted in this regard.
The SDM instructed the officials to maintain transparency and accountability in the disposal of complaints. Cases that can be resolved on the spot should be settled on a priority basis, and in cases where departmental action is necessary, prompt action should be ensured according to the prescribed procedure.
He stated that it is the government's intention that citizens should not have to make repeated rounds of offices to get their problems solved. With this objective, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized so that people's problems can be resolved at a single location.
