SDM heard peoples problems in Samadhan Shivir gave instructions to officials
Ratia, May 7:- SDM Surendra Singh on Thursday heard the problems of the people of Ratia area in the 'Samadhan Shivir' organized at the local Mini Secretariat auditorium and gave instructions to the officials of the concerned departments for the quick resolution of the problems. In the camp, citizens who arrived from various villages and the city placed their complaints before the administration regarding electricity, drinking water, pension, Parivar Pehchan Patra, and other matters related to public interest.
While listening to the problems of each complainant seriously, the SDM directed the officials to ensure priority-based and time-bound resolution of the complaints of the general public. He stated that the objective of the Samadhan Shivir is to provide services of various departments to the people at a single location and to ensure the swift disposal of their problems.
SDM Surendra Singh told the officials to ensure that the benefits of the government's public welfare schemes reach eligible individuals in a transparent manner. Departmental officials should work responsibly so that no citizen has to make repeated rounds of the offices.
He mentioned that the administration is fully sensitive toward the resolution of the problems of the common man, and for the convenience of the people, such camps are being organized twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. He instructed the officials present on the spot that problems which can be resolved immediately should be disposed of there itself, and the remaining cases should be completed within the stipulated time frame.
