Satnam Singh Jalwaha and Robbie Kang flag off Chief Ministers Pilgrimage bus

Nawanshahr:- Under the 'Chief Minister’s Pilgrimage Scheme' (Mukhyamantri Tirath Yatra Yojana), a bus carrying pilgrims from village Ramgarh and surrounding areas was flagged off today for a pilgrimage to Sri Amritsar Sahib and other holy sites. The bus was flagged off by Satnam Singh Jalwaha, District President of the Pilgrimage Scheme and Chairman of the Improvement Trust, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, and Robbie Kang, Halqa In-charge.
Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Satnam Singh Jalwaha stated that Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is regularly sending numerous buses from various villages and cities across Punjab for pilgrimages. He noted that this scheme provides a wonderful opportunity for elderly men and women to visit their revered religious places. He praised the Punjab Government’s initiative and mentioned that new Halqa In-charge Robbie Kang also joined the pilgrims to seek their blessings.
Jalwaha added that this scheme is fulfilling the dreams of devotees and proving to be highly beneficial. He extended his best wishes to the passengers and emphasized that such pilgrimages promote a message of brotherhood, unity, and peace.
The event was attended by Lucky Laddhar, Veena Rani (Sarpanch, Village Ramgarh), Harjinder Singh (Numberdar, Ramgarh), Des Raj Bali (Numberdar, Mubarikpur), Amritpal Singh (Guide), Panchayat members Kamaljit Kaur and Jaswinder Kaur, along with several others including Balvir Kaur, Baljit Kaur, Malkit Kaur, Amarjit Kaur, Gurcharan Kaur (Jethumajara), Mahinderpal, actress Kulwant Biba, Swaran Kaur, and Krishna.
