Nawanshahr:- The other day, a special meeting of Shri Guru Ravidas Welfare Trust (Regd.), Nawanshahr, was held at Amritbani Bhawan, Nawanshahr, under the ????????? (presidentship) of President Shri Sat Pal Sahlon, in which discussions were held regarding the activities of the Trust. By unanimous consent, the Executive Committee of the Trust was dissolved, and after obtaining new membership, the process for electing a new Executive Committee was initiated, which will be for a term of three years.
The new Executive Committee was elected unanimously as follows: Shri Sat Pal Sahlon was re-elected as President; Parmjeet Mahalón as General Secretary; Joginder Singh Maingra as Senior Vice President; Baldev Singh Nawanshahr and Darshan Ram Palli Uchi as Vice Presidents; Harmesh Lal Thandian as Secretary; Prashotam Lal Nawanshahr as Joint Secretary; Des Raj Bali as Press Secretary; Ram Asra Nawanshahr as Treasurer; Avtar Ram Mehandi Pur as Assistant Treasurer; Advocate Resham Singh as Legal Advisor; Nirmal Bhanglan as Auditor; Dr. Gurnam Singh Chandar, Harmesh Meshi Nawanshahr, Rachhpal Singh Bittu, and Jhalman Ram Hansron were elected as Executive Members.
