Sarv Haryana Sarvkhap Panchayat organized at Chaudhary Chhotu Ram Dham Jasiya
Hisar, March 7:- The Sarv Haryana Sarvkhap Panchayat was organized this morning at Chaudhary Chhotu Ram Dham, Jasiya, chaired by Om Prakash Hooda, head of the Hooda Khap. Approximately 70 Khaps from across Haryana participated in the meeting. After hearing the views of the heads of all the Khaps, several resolutions were unanimously passed in the presence of thousands of people.
Providing information about the Panchayat, Satish Chairman, National General Secretary of the Jat Seva Sangh, Jasiya, stated that the current executive committee, headed by Randhir Singh Kadhoda, has been doing very good work for the past four years. During his tenure, many good works have been carried out at the Dham with complete honesty.
This executive committee should continue its work until June 2027. This Dham belongs to the Jat community of the entire country. Therefore, it should not be the property of any particular individual. The word "settlor" added to the trust deed of the Dham means the owner of the Dham, who can sell, mortgage, or take out loans on the property. This word should be removed and a transparent deed should be created.
Several other amendments are necessary to make the trust deed transparent, such as requiring the Dham to be registered in Rohtak instead of Delhi so that its address is Jasiya Dham, not a shop in Nangloi. The trust deed should specify the total number of trustees. The basis for trustee selection should be clear. Some other necessary amendments are necessary to make the trust deed completely transparent.
Chairman Satish stated that a 21-member committee, chaired by the head of the Huda Khap, consisting of intellectuals from the community, should be formed to conduct thorough discussions and submit its report within two months. All members of the community will have the right to present their views regarding the amendment in writing to the committee, based on which the trust deed will be finally revised and made transparent.
Our community has a tradition of donating money to cow shelters and temples during any religious ceremony, wedding, or other celebratory occasion. It is proposed to include Chhotu Ram Dham in this tradition. The grounds of this Dham will always be available for any meeting of the Jat community, but political rallies should not be permitted.
If any element attempts to disrupt the work of the elected executive, the community will not tolerate such elements. Such elements will be prohibited from entering the Dham. National President of the Jat Mahasabha, Ashok Balhara, stated that he will not hold any position in the Jat Seva Sangh in the future. However, he will always support Chhotu Ram Dham with all his heart, mind, and money.
