Banga:- The NSS department of Sikh National College, Banga under the guidance of Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Ji, with the support of volunteers, celebrated 'Republic Day' with great enthusiasm. The program was started by the Principal by hoisting the flag. On this occasion, he said that to maintain the unity and integrity of the country, students should cooperate as much as possible and should play a leading role in building a strong nation because today's students are the leaders of tomorrow.
Volunteer leaders Navneet Kaur, Jaspreet, Ranjit Kumar, Muskan and Anjali also shared their views on the topic 'Importance of Republic Day'. Program Officers Prof. Vipan, Dr. Nirmaljit Kaur and Prof. Tajinder Singh, Prof. Manraj Kaur congratulated everyone and motivated the volunteers to be a part of such events. On this occasion, NCC Wing Coordinator Dr. Gurvinder Singh and students along with Prof. Manmant Singh, Superintendent Paramjit Singh, Prof. Onkar Singh, Accountant Amandeep Singh etc. were present.
