Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, October 27: While giving information, the District Program Officer, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar said that for the all-round development of children, the Social Security and Women and Child Development Department, Punjab, the government has issued a notification to register private schools/institutions/play-way schools which are working in the field of 'Early Child Care and Education'.
He said that in this regard, the institutions working in the ECCE field for children of 3 to 6 years under the district of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar can be contacted immediately at the office of District Program Officer SAS Nagar, District Administrative Complex Sector-76 Mohali to make registration mandatory with the department.
He said that registration is mandatory for play-way schools running under the district. He said that therefore, if any play-way school is found running without registration, appropriate action will be taken in this regard.
