Hoshiarpur: University School of Physiotherapy, in collaboration with University School of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology, Rayat Bahra Professional University, organized an expert session on the theme “Action vich Uttamta Yoga Hai.” The program was presided over by Dean Doctor Atul Khajuria and Head of Department Doctor Sukhmeet Kaur Bedi.
On this occasion, Yoga expert Chandrashekhar shared important suggestions with students on achieving concentration, mental peace, and a better lifestyle through Yoga.
Yoga expert Chandrashekhar, through a lecture, shared his views on the importance of Yoga with students and emphasized the need to incorporate it into daily life. The program was coordinated by Doctor Kriti Sharma and Bilkis. Professor Saqib, Professor Pooja, and Professor Aditi organized a poster-making competition on the related theme.
At the end of the program, Doctor Sukhmeet Bedi thanked Yoga expert Chandrashekhar. On this occasion, faculty members and students of the department were present.
