Mohali, June 30:- Putting into practice its continuous commitment towards social responsibility and public welfare, Rayat Bahra Group presented a bus to Gurdwara Baba Deep Singh Ji, Solakhian. The aim of this initiative is to further strengthen the religious, social service and humanitarian activities being carried out by the Gurdwara Sahib.
In a simple yet impressive ceremony, Rayat Bahra Group Chairman Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice Chairman Gurinder Singh Bahra and Vice President Jessica Duggal Bahra formally handed over the keys of the bus to the Gurdwara management.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Gurvinder Singh Bahra said that selfless service is the greatest contribution one can make to the society. He said that serving humanity and giving back to the society is the shared responsibility of every organization and individual, which further strengthens the spirit of brotherhood, harmony and compassion.
He said that this bus will not only fulfill the transportation needs of the congregation, but will also play an important role in religious functions, social service works and other public welfare activities organized by the Gurdwara Sahib.
This initiative reflects the unwavering commitment of the Rayat Bahra Group to promote the values of humanity, service and public welfare as well as to provide continuous support to organizations dedicated to social service.
