Rashtriya Kavi Sagar organized a poetry symposium on 15 February, which was a confluence of Shivratri and contemporary thought. A total of 32 poets from India and abroad participated in this gathering. The President of the Sabha, Asha Sharma, welcomed all the guests, poets, and poetesses. Highlighting the activities of the Sabha, Asha Ji stated that the members of this Sabha are creating books with great dedication and elevated thinking, which will be capable of guiding society in the coming times. 
It is a matter of great pride for Rashtriya Kavi Sagar that every year, whenever the annual program is held, books written by the members of the Sabha are ceremonially released after discussion. This time, the 8th annual function of Rashtriya Kavi Sagar has been scheduled in March, in which approximately 7 books will be formally released.
The chief guest of this program was Mrs. Shalu Saini from Jalandhar, and the special guest was Doctor Yogesh Sood, Head of the Department of English, Himachal. Special guests Mrs. Veena Mahajan and Tejinder Kaur also graced the occasion.
Doctor Uma Sharma conducted the stage proceedings gracefully and invited all the literary personalities one by one in a systematic order. Sick or very elderly participants were invited first and honored. Each poet and poetess captivated the audience by reciting outstanding poetry. Poems dedicated to Lord Shiva showered profound wisdom. Poems that refined life and provided direction were also heard.
The poets and poetesses who participated in this poetic assembly, in the following order, were: Asha Sharma, Doctor Uma Sharma, Doctor Tarlochan Kaur, Doctor Sudesh Chugh, Doctor Yogesh Sood, Sneha Vij, Jagrati Gaur, Indu Paul, Neha Sharma, Tejinder Kaur, Sohan Singh Dosanjh, Prakash Kaur Pashan, Sukhdev Singh Gandhawa, Animeshwar Kaur, Sukhwinder Singh, Sarita Tezi, Parveen Sidhu, Poli Brar, Kaneez Manzoor, Sunita Ji, Veena Mahajan, Parmjeet Kaur, Amarjeet Sidhu, Shalu Saini, Manju Manav, Gurdarshan Gurseel, Doctor Ravinder Bhatia, Anmol Saini, Poonam Snehil Sharma, Sri Kant Telang, and Suneet Tandon participated.
In the end, the special guest shared her views about the entire program. Doctor Yogesh Sood sent his views in writing and praised the program wholeheartedly, describing it as a program of a high standard of women empowerment. In this way, the program concluded successfully, touching new heights. Finally, Doctor Uma Ji and Asha Sharma expressed gratitude to everyone.
