Ambala, December 20:- The protest of railway employees continued for the second day on the call of Northern Railway Men's Union (NRMU) Ambala Division. Today again the employees protested against Branch Officer Senior DME (C&W) during lunch break at BCN AROH depot near Ambala Cantt Railway Station. The employees raised strong slogans against the officer.
NRMU Divisional President Harnam Singh, while accusing the officer, said that the Branch Officer has transferred four railway employees working in Khan Alampura Yard (Saharanpur) depot to Bathinda in an unfair manner. The union is calling these transfers as unfair and dictatorial and is insisting on the cancellation of these transfers.
