Quiz Competition on the Significance of Birthdays Organized at GStar Academy

Ratiya, July 16:- A special quiz competition and poetry symposium were organized at Global Star Academy, Ratiya, to celebrate the significance of birthdays in a creative manner. Educationist and litterateur Dr. Naib Singh Mander attended the event as the chief guest, while the academy's director, Beant Kaur, presided over the program.
Instead of cutting a cake, the birthday of poet Manjeet Singh Moosakheda was celebrated through literary and educational activities. On this occasion, an interesting quiz competition was organized for the students studying at the G-Star Library, based on questions related to the birthdays of famous great men, gurus, saints, scholars, and prominent personalities.
Four teams participated in the competition with great enthusiasm. The team of Manjeet Singh Moosakheda, Vikram, Keshav, and Rohit performed excellently and secured the first position, while the team of Sunita Rani, Harshdeep, Navdeep, and Gulshan stood second. The winning teams were honored with special gifts by the chief guest.
In his address, Chief Guest Dr. Naib Singh Mander stated that an interest in literature, regular study, and the development of general knowledge play a significant role in the holistic personality development of an individual. He urged the students to read books, connect with literature, and draw inspiration from the lives of great personalities.
During the program, poet Manjeet Singh Moosakheda mesmerized the students and guests present with his impactful poems and shayari (couplets). His presentations were highly appreciated by everyone. HOD of the academy, Sukhpreet Singh Mander, delivered the vote of thanks.
On this occasion, Rohit, Narendra, Keshav, and the entire academy staff and students were present.
